We would like to summarize the current state of our industry below so you may be able to plan your marketing product replenishments accordingly.
As of the COVID-19 shutdowns we’ve seen larger than normal fluctuations in inventory availability. If our website shows an item as “in-stock”, it may still allow you to place an order even if the item is actually on backorder. In this case, we will provide you with the option of a free upgrade to a currently in-stock item, or we can gladly wait to print/embroider your item when it becomes available again (usually within a couple of weeks but it could be longer). Please plan to order at least 2-3 weeks in advance to needing your items. Some orders may take more than 3 weeks to be delivered depending on size and complexity, so please plan ahead and save having to pay rush charges.
If you have a hard deadline, please contact our team before ordering just to make sure your order can be produced and delivered on time. Our team is always glad to answer questions and quick to respond via email at [email protected]. Our product specialists will also notify our production and shipping departments of your hard due date.
