Yes! We have price breaks at the following quantities (per design):
48-71, 72-95, 96-143, 144-287, 288-499, 500-999, 1000-1999, 2000-2999, 3000-4999, 5000+
Yes, we specialize in commercial-grade mass production, which means we can give you awesome bulk prices. We just require a minimum order of 48 custom items per design (except on polos and outerwear, which have a minimum of 24 per design).
For example: The shirts in your order may be different colors, brands/models, and sizes, but the printed design must be the exact same size and use the same ink color/s across all 48+ items.
We can’t print 24 shirts with one design and 24 with a different design, this would not meet the 48 minimum prints per design.

Yes! You’re welcome to use different shirt colors and sizes per design to hit the minimum order quantity.
For example: (12) white shirts, (12) tan shirts, (12) grey shirts, and (12) light blue shirts, printed with “design 01” = 48 shirts printed with “design 01”.
Standard production time is 7-10 business days from the time you pay/place your order and approve all final mockups.
Rush orders available, ask your product specialist about schedule availability.
Yes! You can order samples of virtually any product we carry, and we’ll ship them straight to your door. Please ask your product specialist for more info on ordering samples.
Printing and/or embroidering samples prior to producing a full order can be quite costly. The most economical way to see a pre-production sample is for us to send you a picture of the first item we produce from your order (once you place your full order). From there you can give us the “go-ahead” via email so there’s no delay or added cost to your order. Please note that any changes during this stage will result in added costs, so we highly recommend making any changes to your design during the mock-up/proof stage and not the production stage.
We’re geared to be able to help with everything you need electronically via email. This is the best way to keep track of all of your proofs and everything we discuss all in one place. Helping you electronically also allows us to be able to help more clients at the same time and keep our prices low by not needing extra office space.
Yes! We will send you proofs (at no added cost) for each of the different items in your order. This way you can make sure everything looks correct before we print or embroider anything.
Yes! Once you and your product specialist finalize all of your order details, we’ll email you an e-invoice so you can pay securely online using credit cards, debit cards, or e-checks. You’re also welcome to mail checks to:
