Our standard turnaround time for custom t-shirts, polos, hats, and apparel is 8 to 15 business days. Below, you will find production times, holiday closures, rush options, and shipping details.
Standard Production:
Normal turnaround time for custom t-shirts, polos, hats, and apparel is 8-15 business days (with an average being 10 business days) starting when you process your payment and approve your design proofs.
If you have a required delivery date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm it can be produced and delivered on time.

Major US Holidays:
Please note that our production facility is closed during major holidays to allow our staff to celebrate with their friends and family. So, if you’re planning to place an order right before or during a major holiday, please account for the following closure dates.

Shipping Services & Speed
UPS Ground
Our standard form of shipping is via UPS Ground. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number/s.
If you would like to expedite your shipping, please contact as soon as you place your order. Once we ship your order we cannot upgrade the shipping speed. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us and we will send you options and pricing.

Free Local Delivery
If your delivery address is in Dallas, TX or Austin, TX, we provide free same-day delivery as soon as production of your order is completed (if ready before 2pm on non-holidays). We will email you when your order is out for delivery!

How to Plan Your Order Around Our Turnaround Time
The turnaround time clock starts when two things happen: you pay for your order and you approve your final proof. Therefore, the fastest way to get your shirts is to send clear artwork and reply to your proof quickly.
For example, say your event is on a Saturday five weeks away. First, place your order and approve your proof in week one. Next, production runs about two weeks. Then, UPS Ground delivers in 1 to 5 business days. As a result, your shirts arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Tips to Get Your Shirts on Time
- Order at least three to four weeks before your in-hands date, because that leaves room for proofs and shipping.
- Send vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) when you can, since clean files speed up the proof.
- Confirm your size breakdown before you pay. Changes after payment can delay your order.
- Also, tell us your deadline up front so we can confirm it before production starts.
Rush Turnaround Time for Custom Shirts
Need shirts sooner? Rush production is sometimes available in as little as 4 business days, plus shipping. However, rush slots depend on our schedule and the garments you choose. So, please request a quote with your date, and we will confirm what is possible.
Shipping After Production
Every order ships free by UPS Ground within the contiguous US. You will also get tracking numbers by email as soon as your order ships. If you need faster shipping, you can request an upgrade before your order ships. You can check delivery progress anytime on the UPS tracking page.
Local customers get an even faster option. In fact, we offer free same-day delivery in Dallas and Austin once production is complete.
